Pathetic built quality. Noisy dashboard from day one. Within 15 minutes of delivery I had informed the Sales guy about issues in the car but as per them they just sell cars and for post sales, for all issues visit workshop. On visiting workshop it’s the other way around. They ask customer to take up matter with showroom. MSIL unable to resolve issues for the past 9 months. Now even the door windows too make rattling noise. Till date they have changed steering column, ac motor, ac unit cover, rear windscreen and driver side door lever. They even went on and opened the cars suspension but no relief instead I was handed over a job card with remarks "job not done". It’s was shocking to see that guys are workshop don’t even know what they are doing. It’s been 9 months that I purchased this car. Don’t go by the fuel economy of 28 kmpl for diesel hybrid. It just manages 14 to 16 even on highway with speed up to 60 kmph. Escalated matted to dealership, workshop and even to Nexa call center but till date even after so many visit issue remain unresolved.i have done almost 90 plus test drive with people from dealership, workshop and finally with team from MSIL but they are unable to rectify the same. Everyone admits issue when talking face to face but declines to confirm it on afterwards. They misrepresent facts in their system as well. I even escalated the issue to top management but no relief. Same old test drive routine and then leave the car at the workshop. Afterwards they find no fault as per them but before taking delivery, the test drive tells the same old story of noise from dashboard and door windows. MSIL not even willing to take back the car and replace or refund my hard earned money. Shame on Maruti. Don’t buy any car from Maruti. Extremely poor quality cars and even more pathetic service. They just harass customers. No wonder they are number 2 in customer satisfaction and soon they will be out of top 3. Try other better options in the market else you would regret like me.
