I bought this car after an extensive research. I carried out an extensive study of all cars in this segment. Frankly all cars had good points and all had some bad points.
The study was based on looks, technicals, accessories, driving comfort, milage, air conditioning ground clearance and so on and so on.
The Esteem also had its good and bad points. However, it stood out on a number of issues. First and the foremost was the ease of after sales service. Practically every town in the country has a Maruti dealership.
And the best part is the reason that was uppermost in my mind, is the one I needed the least. TOUCH WOOD I havent had the need to take the car to any dealership, except of course the place my car always goes for its servicing by the clock.
Secondly Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm well I am enjoying the car so much that I havent had any time to think.
And last and the most important reason is that Mr Khattar and I went to the same college St Stephens-----Good enough reason by itself.
