I recently Purchased Maruti Suzuki ignis from Delhi Ncr, first 1 month its giving me good services 1. Leg rooms were average and before an on sale dealer satisfaction good enough, 2. mileage also good enough earlier but after 6 month past in the morning when I was tried to open the car get it was not opening I was surprised because its only 6 months old as I have in warranty when I contact and visit their workshop they denied to taking any responsiblity ask me to change it with my own. is this any kind of a jokes? I had a warranty period how can they denied, comfort label good, I want to appeal for this
