I don’t have any personal issue with any executives of kalyani motors.As any normal guy I went with my old car to kalyani to just ask the exchange offers and my old car value. the value quoted for my car was damn cheap and they were trying to makeup it with the exchange bonus from maruthi.
Here just for your knowledge > the old car value should be the same as if u sell it outside to an individual guy. that should not be clubbed with exchange bonus .
True values mode of working > will quote car a damn cheap price and makeup it with the maruthi exchange bonus. we think we are getting the same value as sold outside and agree. but don’t do that . true value is profited from this and they quote the same outside price for the vehicle when informed to maruthi .
eg my car was quoted 45 K, exchange bonus told was 15K. total 60K(same price if I sell outside too) but you should be getting min 55 K for your vehicle+15 K exchange bonus >70 K . there itself think of how true value is profited.
Also Kalyani guys told me 20 days of time for delivery of my new car. today after 2.5 months also I have not got my new car. no guys respond to you and even all have the same word as car out of stock and maruthi is not responding to there emails.
Initial discussions make you think that all are good trusted guys and all works well on time. but NO it is not . once your booking is done and loans processed you have to keep on running behind these guys . So think thrice before booking via kalyani motors Bangalore.
You can hear the word OUT OF STOCK for one month and VEHICLE ON TRANSIT for second and third month’s.
Also which ever color you book they tell it as demanding color and Since due to more demand maruthi cant produce much of same color. You can hear this also on 3rd month.
Decision is yours. think wisely before keeping your head
