I got the best deal at KAPICO ( Henceforth will be mentioned as CRAPICO as they live up to this word ) and hence booked our first sedan Maruti Baleno on January end 2006. Our car was due to be delivered on Feb third week and the same was prompt.
The sales execuitve Kiran confirmed to give a set of features as complimentary and did not live upto his expectation. The executive did not bother to answer calls as he had given a lot of promises like tank full of fuel, remote locking, uphostery covers etc.
As this model was in the final leg of sales as the production was brought to an end, we could manage these deals. However on the day when my father and brother reached Chennai to pick up the car for delivery from Bangalore, they werent given these add ons. When we asked for the same, we were told to take the car or leave it as it is.
They were completely, uprofessional, unethical, harsh, etc and were not interested in keeping the customer happy. Would suggest you NOT to pick your car from here. Guys to watch out for Ravi & Kiran... I have also heard about executives who go around and try cross selling for Hyundai Getz / i10 when you ask for a Swift..
