Getting my Baleno services as I write this review.
The customer experience is far cry from what I got at Nexa. Nobody is bothered about customers here. Tried to explain problem with sliding mirror but so called relationship manager didnt mention anything on job sheet. On asking why he is not writing it, he told me he has communicated it to workshop technician and will write ok(on what?).
the waiting area is uncomfortable with no water to drink.( I expected tea/coffee, too much to ask?)
Grow up Magic Auto. just because I bought Baleno from you, doesnt mean you are the only place for service.
