A Horrible Experience to buy car from Magic Auto. I must inform the company that on this Dhanteras that is 21st October, I purchased Swift ZDI on hundred percent down payment and it has been the most horrible experience of my life ever. I have never felt so cheated as I felt after one week of purchase of my car. The sales man Mr Jitender of Magic Auto Sector 13 Dwarka was dealing with me.
One week before delivery I met him and informed him that I have a Swift VDI and want to sell it off and by another Swift ZDI. This will be my 3rd Purchase in the past 5 years from the showroom. The first primary question which I asked him was " Does the car have a bluetooth?" to which he informed us "No". The Second question was " Is the the company coming up with a new model?", to this again he responded clearly "No". Just one week after the purchase of my car, Maruti launched a new model with Bluetooth and upgraded features. I called back Mr Jitender for explanation to which he responded in a very sly manner, that he was aware of a new model coming but did not knew when will it be launched.
Clearly Mr Jitender wanted to meet his targets and wanted to clear the stocks and hence resorted to unfair marketing practice eluding the customer from reality only to achieve his personal objectives. After this experience, I must say that, Magic Auto does not care for its loyal customers and I will never make any purchase in future from Magic Auto.
