Maruti Suzuki Popular Vehicles And Services - Chennai I know the branch manager personally( a friend of my FIL) but even that factored in, the treatment towards me was quite rude. I wonder the experience of a normal buyer.
Thinking twice, I am canceling my crazy buy. One needs to be treated well when one buys a premium top end offering.
This is my 4th Maruti Suzuki vehicle. I purchased Maruti Diaz Zxi+, Vehicle ID MA3EXMG1S00166116, My customer id 1517494177 from POPULAR VEHICLES AND SERVICE LTD.(AUTHORIZED MARUTI DEALER), Chennai, Anna Nagar East, Pin code 600102. I have been duped above Rs. 25, 000/- in the purchase of this vehicle. I am bringing this to the notice of Maruti Suzuki to find a solution.
The amount I paid
Cash - Rs. 5, 69, 000/-(Rupees Five Lacs Sixty-Nine Thousand) as cash
Cheque - Rs. 2, 00, 000/-(Rupees Two Lacs)
Old vehicle exchange price - Rs 2, 90, 000(Rupees Two Lacs and Ninety Thousand)
Total Amount paid by me is 10, 59, 000(Rupees Ten Lacs and Fifty-Nine Thousand Only)
My usage is very less since I use it only on weekends. While driving in the night I observed minute scratches in the windshield, informed popular automobiles about the same and my vehicle was taken for investigation.
Asahi people have examined and gave a report stating that due to poor maintenance, it has happened. My question is when my car while on delivery had so many scratches in the bonnet, why can’t the scratches have developed before delivery on the windshield?
I can always prove that I was given a car that was used before for their internal purposes. Only twice or thrice I have driven the car while it was raining. So many scratches cannot develop so early. My 6-year-old also has still not developed those, so how can a new car develop?
Brakes aren’t working properly when I apply brakes sometimes it’s hard and my vehicle keeps moving. Tell me if a new car can develop so many problems.
How can a brand new car develop so many problems at the initial stage itself?
