I went through the reviews written. The product is good no doubt but people are complaining about the dealership’s experience. I went through the same. Also, I felt the dealer was doing some hanky panky. Starting with the sales executive -
I moved one up the chain escalating my complaint. You cannot complain about delayed delivery because they anyway say you will get it in 4-6 months. So, I caught dealer on the facts he provided me. I noticed that my waiting period in May end for a particular model was 17 and it stayed that way till August 10, 2008.
I grilled him on that and not getting a satisfactory answer kept on moving up till I wrote to the MD on Aug 28 and I am expecting some kind of a closure 1st fortnight of this month. So guys build your case on "badmashi" of the dealer and screw thei happiness. You may even try to call and record a conversation wherein you act like a filthy rich person who will pay upto 40-50 k to get the vehicle this festive season only before Sep 15.
