Having booked the Swift D’Zire more than a month ago, I must say
whatever uplifting moments I had with the car has been wash away
because of the pathetic delivery and customer handling situation with
the dealer.
I
have booked a Swift-D’Zire with Maruti-Vitesse at Worli at the time of
booking I was told that the waiting period was about- 4-6 weeks. I
traded my old car for the booking amount assuming that 4-6 weeks are
manageable.
Now, after more than 5 weeks I have not yet got
the delivery nor am I getting any confirmed date from the dealer. They
are claiming that Maruti Udyog is not giving any confirmation on the
dates themselves.
I had such high regard for Maruti but I think
they have completely messed up this time. I do not know how much longer
I can wait for the new car. One can wait if one knows how long the wait is going to be- clearly not the case here.
Anybody wishing to book Swift D’Zire please proceed carefully.
