Today I would like to share my views over Swift Vdi.
Whether you people know this or not, this model is copied from mini Cooper.
It reminds me a look of tortoise. But in the case of speed it is not hare, but it is quiet OK.
I am impressed with this one, but not so much as I impressed by Renault’s Kwid.
If you people see it for value for money. Prices are too high.
In Swift Vdi you have an engine of 1298cc.
Space: Space inside is not so much, if you will sit inside then you have to pull and push the front seat. The boot space is very low, you can’t put more luggage in it. In kwid you have more space than it.
Fuel Consumption: when you rammed it over 100+ , it gives a mileage of 15~ 16 kmpl. It gives you a better mileage only at constant speeds on long routes up to a mark of 20 kmpl in case of diesel.
Comfort: Well, it has comfort only for rear seaters. No comfort for front persons. You will feel hectic during driving over long distances.
Reliability: It is reliable only when you will care it, because it got failed in Crash test. All maruti cars has been failed in this test. So take care of speeds during driving. It’s material quality is of low quality. Outer body gets dented very easily.
In those prices, even you are not getting the air bags for your safety.Only the top end model have this feature.
Didn’t you think that every car should have this feature, whether it is high end model or low end model?
It’s acceleration and braking is very good. This impressed me a lot.
