I purchased swift vxi on 31st dec 2014. it was the latest facelift version released on NOV 2014. Car is really amazing. The engine sound is so smooth. car has very less NVH. initially when I used to stop the car for petrol filling I used to ignite the engine again even though the engine was running in idle because engine sound and vibration is so low I used to forget the car engine is still running. I have done 17000 kms and still no problem. since its a petrol engine you need not to go for synthetic oil.
Cost of ownership is low due to less maintenance cost. Its part is available in tier 3 cities as well and a local mechanic can also make it ready if you got any breakdown which is impossible with Europian cars. if you work in dusty environment like steel plant or coal mines dont go for white cause the bottom portion will turn yellow. it was fitted with music system and sound is really great. I call it Flying machine. I have visited Kanha National park(madhyapradesh), Achanakmar tiger reserve by it where roads were horrible with pot holes.
after coming back I checked for wheel alignment and everything was fine. no misalignment or any other problem.
