After a lot of research, decided to go with Swift VXI with ABS, so,
went to a dealer close to my home in Secunderabad(Naidu Motors), After
some negotiations we decided to go with a Red VXI with ABS, and when
booking the car was promised that we would get the car in 4 weeks,
since the ABS is optional in VXI model.
As it was reasonable, paid a booking deposit of 1 lakh.
After
3 weeks have passed decided to give Naidu Motors a call to remind them
that I should be getting the vehicle next week, but to my suprise was
asked to call back many number of times by the custermer service rep
(Hussaine) who when booking the car, literally fell on the feet, but
wont even respond to my calls. Finally at the end of 4th week, decided
to pay a visit to the showroom, when the service rep(Hussain) saw me,
he literally hid himself, after making some noise, the Manager spoke to
me saying that it would take another month to get the car, as they had
a delay in manufacturing.
So, told them that I would be needing a
copy of purchace invoice that they had sent to Maruti, but was bluntly
refused. After talking to one of the Maruti direct agents found out
that the order was never sent to Maruti, and was told that these
dealership takes money and gives it out to get interest, I tried
various ways to get back the money, every time I go down there, it
eiter, I m not familar with your case please talk to Hussain or
Baige(Manager) who is never at his seat, or the owner is not there to
sign the cheque.
Finally got my money back after 3 months of back and forth to the dealership every day.
Got my car from a different city, car was delivered within 2 weeks. Love my car
Buyers, please be ware of these robber.
Dont ever go to Naidu motors.
Maruti should punish these dealers.
