Loved the car , , booked it and now waiting for the scalpers to loosen their hold over bookings ... though just heard that 3 Swifts have been returned to the dealer bcos of clutch plate problems ... this is in Kol... any coroboration folks ?
though I must say , for its price and looks .. its a steal ... but really want to find out from someone who has already got one .The only negative here is the long waiting list and the 50 k upfront deposits these dealers are taking - with no promises of a delivery date . Wish the Maruti guys could do something about that . If nothing else they could try and see some individuals got the deliveries instead of sub-dealers -who obviously are charging premiums ...
Am getting temtpted to look at Corsa -at least its ready off the shelf.
