I got my new swift vxi at the end of Sept 2012. Within a week, I got my first terrible experience...its brake did not work in 1st gear causing minor accident at car parking. This issue was known to Maruti Company as many buyers have already complained about it and I came to know about this from service person at MASS (Maruti Authorised Service Station).
My agony did not end here, a very odd vibrating noisy sound started coming from the cabin after one week. I had given my car for the service three times within a 10 days but this disgusting problem could not be sorted out even after seven days of service at MASS. MASS technician further upset me by giving dirty seats after their "so-called service". All in all, I would suggest that don’t buy this car due to two reasons it is not safe and it is not peaceful.
