I booked a Maruti Suzuki swift car on 7th July from Rana Motor Gurgaon, at the time of booking dealer told me that you can take the delivery within one month ie 30th July but I am still waiting for the delivery its more then three months now.
When I asked from the manager to deliver my car till 16th Oct. 12 then he replied we won’t give you delivery till 16th if you are in hurry take your money back. If this is the service before buying then what would be the post sale service.
Can anyone tel me what should I do ? After waiting for more then three months these guys are saying like this.
I have seen the people there who booked the car after me and got the delivery I don’t know what they are doing?
Never got the call when they promised and now they stopped picking my phone also. Why Maruti is not taking any action against these dealer Dealer are selling there car in Black
