Have owned a swift lxi for 3 yrs now. Me and wife both being doctors the car is driven very less. Have done 35000 km in over 3 yrs. The experience till now was reasonable. Now the car is rusting from all over and chunks of metal are coming off doors.
The window channels are dropping off due to rust. The service technicians say, it is a form of skin cancer for cars & to sell it as quickly as possible. They also accept that it is due to poor quality metal used but refuse to do anything about it.there is no option on maruti website for posting feed back.
I am very disappointed with the whole experience and never advise anybody to buy shoddy quality cars from maruti
