Performance
The vehicle which I am using since Nov 2006 with nice experience .Ensure that all windows are closed when speed crosses 80 Kms or more.Driving is a pleasure for me with this car.The seat was folded to accomodate my full family on some occasion was a nice one.Till date I am unable to find a suitable audio system for this vehicle.
Design Negligence
Why Maruthi Suzuki design Engineers have forgotten that all standard car audio systems available in the market today are with four channel speakers only.But still they are sitting only on two channel audio(Stereo belongs to our ancesters) till date when they are going to update their knowledge on par with a consumer , God only knows.
*Poor Product Information Given to Service Centre
All members may kindky note my experience when the vehicle LPG tank ges empty, engine idling speed slightly then engine malfunction warnig lamp in the dash board starts glowing till next LPG **charge.After that it goes off.Other wise every thing is fine.
From reders of this page I want to know wether there is any auto change over takes place from LPG to petrol when LPG tank gets empty or the poor pick up in LPG mode with auto change over.
No service technician or sales person can fully explain the compleate futures of this Vehicle, not only from my deler it is a comman with other dealers also.
*Maruthi Suzukis poor sales policy
* This is a general complaint on M/S Maruthi Suzuki’s ill drafted selling policies, and not related to particular vehicle functioning or against my dealer .
As per the claim made by Maruthi Suzuki, service centre at Pondicherry M/S Vasanthi automobiles is fully equipped service centre for your all variants and they claims that it is a ISO certified Workshop for Maruthi vehicles.
When there is no LPG auto gas filling facility is available through out the Pondicherry state or nearly 100 Kms. radius they are authorized to sell LPG versions of Omni and Wagon R duo. For each vehicle we are paying App, Rs 45, 000/ for LPG version .For the LPG kit comes with two years warranty, with a faith in Maruthi and its service network .I also purchased one Wagon R DUO in the month of Oct 2006 with expectation that a dream for LPG filling station shortly in Pondicherry state, till date one year has past no duo vehicles can fill LPG at Pondicherry Are they going to increase the warranty proportionally?
If any LPG vehicle develops some technical snags are they sure our dealer M/S Vasanthi Automobiles can’ execute the work with out LPG filling facility any where in the state.
When no facility to fill LPG at their authorized service centre or any were in Pondicherry state as a whole, how they can claim that Maruthi Suzuki is having full fledged facility to service your LPG fitted vehicles in Pondicherry state.
To substantiate my claim I can give my friends experience when it is useful. I hope this is a time for Maruthi Suzuki to think of selling LPG fitted vehicles at Pondicherry .Else we may approach M/S ISO certification agency to take up the matter for false claim of providing pack up service for your all variety of vehicles and thro some legal agency such as consumer court to take up the matter.
