I have owned my green(Forest Flush) Wagon R VXi for close to 2 yrs now.
When I initially planned to buy a car, I had shortlisted the Wagon R and Estilo. But as the Estilo was cramped in terms of space in the rear for seating, I decided to go for the Wagon R.
Great things
1) Good city drive and also good for those occassional long drives. I had taken it on a drive from Bangalore to Kochi and back(600km one way). No issues, with AC on full blow.
2) Fuel effiecent
3) Good service backing of Maruti. Their feedback on service delivered is really good which is done both by the dealer as well as Maruti themselves.
4) The usage of space has been optimised and so you have lots of room when compared to any other car of the same size.
5) From a drivers perspective, seating is good and chances of back problems are less and the visibility is excellent
*Not so great things;
*Gear is not as smooth as you may like it, especially the reverse.
Some people don’t like the look, but to tell you the truth, I have liked the Wagon R look even before I had decided to by it.
The car has not given me any trouble since I have bought it.
