I deal with Apra Auto gurgaon.They are big thief. they have theft my accesories from my vehicle during repair.they charged extra from me on account of disallowed of plastic parts with the connivance of surveyor and NIC loacl authorities.My claim could not be pased till date from aug 07.
I am going to IRDA to check the nexus between the TRIO.Also, writing to CBI to probe into This type of Scandel, where customer are charged on account of disallowed of parts but cliamed from Insurance Co.
They can even replace your Wiper, wheel Caps, tool kits and so many othrs as possible they can.
Your vehicle is LAWARIS for them. So many.

Please snap photo from differt angle before giving it to workshop. it can help you when ever you face a problem after some time. you cannot check your vehicle in deep at the time of delivery. even they will not explain you or in hurry to deposit their charges.
