Bad Car Delivered, Unwilling to Replace Unit

I Booked a New Estilo on 31 Dec 2011. I was promised a Good Unit By Sales Guy Ganesh. I had asked him to show the Car before going further. The Dealer was Automotive Pvt Ltd, Dombivli. Instead they paid its onetime Road tax and gave the delivery on 15 Jan 2012. I opened the Hood for pooja with all the building guys in front of the car only to find the rusted Engine Block and Alternator Pulleys, someone in the crowd quipped, "Kya Bhangar Laya Hai" fair enough.

I clicked images and mailed to MSIL and took the car after 3 hrs of delivery back to Dealer(the car is not yet registered in my Name, I paid the full amount in Cash) I asked the Faulty unit to be replaced, For all I’m attaching the images of the old rusted engine, which the dealer passed as new, not heard from Msil Customer care, I wonder whom do they car for? anyways.

for the car I booked on 31 Dec 2011, they gave me almost a year old unit, as you can see in the image, The alternator Pulleys are badly rusted its the matter of time things come apart if I take this unit. FYI the tyres pulleys, A/c Belts are not covered in warranty, so why on earth should I take old once?

The car has been lying with the dealer with no clarity from MSIL or Automotive, Automotive is dead stuck to marry this old scrap unit with me which I fiercely refuse. Didn’t I pay the full amount in cash?

The way the things have rusted in this car are more than in a secondhand cars (which I saw before making up my mind for new one).

Matter of time I move to Consumer Forum.
