I booked a flat in Mascot Manorath hoping for a peaceful home in Noida Extension, but my experience has not been very good. The project looked promising at the time of booking, and the sample flat was nice. But after that, things started getting disappointing.
The main issue is continuous construction delays. Every time we asked for possession updates, the builder gave excuses and pushed the date further. It has been very frustrating, especially when you’re paying EMIs and still not getting your home on time.
Also, the customer service is not helpful. They don’t respond properly and there’s a serious lack of communication. The location is good, and the project has potential, but management needs to become more transparent and responsible.
I’m giving 2 stars only because the layout and design are good. But overall, the delay and poor service make the experience very stressful.
