This is my today’s experience about the food and service at itpl (in front of cosmos mall) bangalore:
I went with my wife for lunch and ordered selected individual menu (not thali style). After ordering i asked if the individual order will take more time or the thali so the reply was "it is done in order sequece", so well we were waiting for our order. To my surprize there is no such thing, everyone came after us got the order delievered on the table but we waitited more than everybody. Yes, the question in your mind might be what was the order: "kadai paneer, dal makhani, roti, biryani". I believe all the items should be ready as these are the items which they serve in thali also.
Second, on the table, even after completing the lunch there was no water, no tissue paper. I requested waiter there to bring it twice or thrice but at the end we could succeed in getting the water only. Very cheap service. I hate really this mast kalandar. Go to hell mast kalandar.
Third, kadai paneer was not kadai paneer, it was butter paneer with capsicum in it, that’s it.
Fourth, there was basin is not at all clean.
My overall experience says that the waiter serving the food is the person who cook also after getting the order, that is the reason no waiter is available to get you the things in between or when required. All waiters are royal, they will come, give the order on the table and go. They are never bothered about whether customer requires any service in between or not. One more thing, the food served was not hot or i should say it was just warm.
Full wastage of money, time, and when you come out of so called mast kalandar, so are totally dissatisfied.
Hate’s on to mast kalandar.
I request the owner should read the review and should think of giving the service and good quality of food.
Many of my friends said no to this idiot type restaurant but i think to give a try. This kind of restaurant should not be a preffered choice but the least ormarta kya na karta" type choice. I would like to give it a negative rating but it has very limited options avaliable.
