Recently {Tonight 10 Nov 2009} I went with my friend at MAST Kalander Outer Ring Road Bangalore. Food was as usual nice no complains but the person who sits on cash Mr Ashish misbehaves us. We ordered dahi papdi and tikki platter along with other usual other food items thinking that two would come in Rs69 but that man charged full amount.
We complained him that two together priced at RS 69/- but Mr Ashish misbehaved us. He told us that whatever you paid, you got for full quantity for full amount, if you had taken Rs 69 for two offer we are reducing quantity. I told him that this thing is not mentioned in Menu card. But he told its company’s policy to reduce quantity in combo offer.
This is rediculous this man is destroying your company’s image so many times I went to CMH road Mast Kalander, First time I went there and have pathetic experience. During weekdays they are sitting idle and want to cheat customers. He even misbehaved waiter. Instead of commiting his own mostake that man told us you should have paid in advance before taking seat.
Pls take necessary action to save your image. Really person like Ashish they don’t care about customers. He can cheat one time but that in longer term is a loss to him only........
