I ordered twice from MastKalandar Ramamurthynagar Blr and both the times I was highly disappointed. I am a vegetarian and hence my choices are limited in this part of Blr.
For my first order, they delivered after an hour or so, food was completely cold and Roti curry’s rotis were plain rubber which u cant chew. Size of Roti is so small, which reminds me if they are served in kind rather paid for. One of the item was directly told unavailable and behavior on phone was unprofessional.
Second time I ordered today - Gaon ki thalli, What a joke it was. Dal with tons of Salt in it - Uneatable, Makka Rotis so thin and their size could ashame a poori. There was one item - Khichdi in it. which was not there, but they sent paste of Aloo paratha instead of that. WOW. I called there number and selected option 2 for suggestions - Guess what phone went unanswered. Again called them and reached RM Ngr MK again and rather then understanding my complain the guy was trying to make out an order from the complain, phew! I hanged the phone in frustration.
I would have never ordered again from them anymore however I am stuck due to very limited Veg options in this Area.
