I had been to Mathura, Vrindavan, Gokul and Govardhan Prikarma last week.
I did this with my utmost dedication and respect towards God.
I am hurted to see the beahaviour of Pujaris and guides around Gokul(Nand’s Home), Govardhan Parikarma and Vrindavan. They have least respect to these places of highest importance for Hindus.
You can not offer your prayers at most of these place(except Janmabhumi, as it is in governments control!), unless you pay different type of Poojas to these Pandas.
At Gokul(Nand-Niwas), priests are stopping you to enter unless you assure to pay them something(normally in tune of 500 rupees)! You have no right to even go for Darshan if you dont pay them!
All local guides are nothing but a’Thug’ in disguise of a’Brahmin’. They will offer there services at a mere service charges of Rupees 21.00, but you will find that you are ended up in few thousands.
They will take you to the temple of there choice(ofcourse the temple which is offering them maximum commissions!). The priest will teach you the importance of the place and advise you to donate in name of God. He is having a rate card as well. He will try to squeeze your pocket in the name of religion, and soon he will start threatning, than begging! They are very good negotiators. They start with 11000.00 and setlle at 250.00 for prayers.
If you pay them 250.00, the temple is yours!, you can do anything to idols or temple, the priest will not mind.
Dignity of these places can be maintained only iff all these b*stards are thrown out of these places.
My faith towards God and holiness of these places is really shattered.
I suggest all devotees to never involve these pujaris and guides in there prayers.
To save the dignity of these places and Lord krishna, I suggest:-
It is need of time that this place should be free from the hands of these so called Godmans. Either Governmnt or any NGO of repute should take complete charge of these places.
