On a recent trip to USA, I took a postpaid sim card from Matrix with unlimited data plan. However, they billed me more than INR 120, 000 for the use of data and when I blocked payment on my credit card, they blocked the sim card.
So, I had to use my airtel sim card for even complaining to Matrix about the whole thing and that costed me almost INR 6000 as airtel card was on full rate basis. I have been asking them to repay this to me but they dont even reply to me. My cust agreement with Matrix is T1001241224.
