There are multiple forums where they have been blasted.Never ever authorize them to auto debit your credit card, they will give you the shock of your life.Not recommended at all. Matrix network is the worst network.
It is very costly network ever.though coverage is good but the sim charges are very high.
They are the biggest fraud. I hv used for penang. it has automatically deducted from my credit card.
so it is not at all safe also because you dont know where is ur transaction is done and how.
