I have just returned from Hong Kong, where I had been this week after purchasing Matrix SIM. The SIM went dead after few calls. Here is a transcript of my complaint to the company:

Total talk time: 10 min, 41 sec. As per tariff, HKD 4.50/min, i.e. I spent around HKD 49.50 in talktime
As per plan, I paid Rs 2000/ for HKD 225.00 worth talktime.
Please explain how the SIM card went dead immediately afterwards, and I started getting messages that it will have to be charged.
Since I was in a foreign country, and your telecom company failed to provide requisite service, for which it had taken payment in advance, leading to mental tension, harassment and financial loss, you are requested to submit your explanation within 3 days, failing which the issue will be escalated, for which your company will be wholly and solely responsible.
