These guys charge 10000 on your credit card claiming that it will be reversed once u give back their SIM cards. This is a hoax. I picked up one on my parent’s singapore trip in July 1st week. Even till date, they have not reversed the amount.
Their billing claims to have no clue on this while the sales team that sold me this stupid card is blaming technical problems. They sent me a bill of Rs 300 which was also debited from my card. I returned the SIM card as soon as my folks got back so that I dont cause any delay to them.
I recommend that any visitors travellin on leisure to singapore/thailand/malaysia/hong kong pick up a local sim upon arrival. This will be far more convenient without any hassles of following up with these guys.
Why on earth cant a company thats spending crores of marketing rupees work on basics like this and ensure that they remain in business? STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS. THEY ARE OUT TO SCAM YOU!
