I am writing this review after been cheated twice by this company. I would suggest the customers to take everything in writing from the people you sign the contract with. These people are very good at sales and interested only in the sales. They have no after sales service and they give a damn to your requests.
First time during my visit to Austria I was offered one sim free with the one I am buying with a free talking value of around RS 1000.
However when I came back my credit card was debited for both the sim cards and even after talking to their customer care department atleast 10 times, the charges were not reversed. The sales executive was nowhere to be found at that time but I came to know that he was still working in the same company but only avoiding our calls.
Second time during my visit to France, where I took 30 minutes per day free call plan, I was billed wrongly for many minutes and I asked them to send someone to collect the sim card from me and since I had proof of all my calls I wanted someone to come and discuss the issue with me.
However no one came to me for 5 months. They would only call for picking the sim card and when I would tell them for the solution to my problem, they will not respond.
After 5 months they charged my credit card around INR 800 as charges for sim card and even after my repeated phone calls no one responded. Now if I had the time, I would have surely taken these cheats to consumer court and get them busted.
However I would request everyone to be very very careful in dealing with them and not to give their credit card details to them and never give them the authority to charge on it as then you can not stop them from charging your credit card.
