I had taken two sim cards because I was traveling to France, I used my sim for an initial period of around 2 weeks and despite constant emails that was sent by me to the service team regarding details of my bill I never received any reply. My credit card was initially charged 7000 rupees and was sent a second bill asking me to pay 3000+
Now after 3 months I get a notice to my residence asking me to pay an amount of 10000+ within three days.
I have never seen such a crappy service provided by any company.It does not provide the services that it initially promised it wilI am advising my friends and family to never buy matrix sim cards.
