I purchased two sim cards for my international tour.. Initially they were very nice and took the security deposit money from credit card.. those sick guys did not even let me read my bill and debited from my account. They have no sense of customer service all the want from us is the money which is not even understandable to my terms.
a) there was poor network the whole time
b) I was not even informed about the hidden charges
c) they are generating so many bills for each number
d) You won’t be in any position to explain them that they are cheaters and they are simply fooling you in buying the cards.
Its a racket of cheating customers... India lacks the biggest thing "customer satisfaction" they have simply put my post travelling in miserable condition. I will ensure I drag them to a very bad state and get my satisfaction.
Guys, please never recommend anyone buying the matrix connection not even to your enemies...
