If you seen the movie and liked it(actually even if you didn’t) you are gonna fall for this original soundtrack, it is fantabulous.
The opening track ’’Rock is Dead’’ shows Marylin Manson at his technometallic best, and the 1st song on the B-side, the remixed version of Rob Zombie’s ’’Dragula’’ must one of the best remixed heavy metal tracks around.
Apart from the above 2, other artists featured on this album include heavyweights like, Ministry, Monster Magnet, Deftones, Prodigy, Propellerheads and others. thsi soundtrack even features a German band called ’’Rammstein’’ playing a fab track called ’’Du Hast’’.
But every fabulous album has some drawbacks and here it is in the the form of some utterly wasted techno tracks, but thankfully they are only minor irritants and all in all this is an compilation that will please both the metalheads and the those who were born to dance.
