A must watch.

Directed by Manish Jha and the released in the year 2003, the movie Matrubhoomi- a Nation without women is India’s futuristic tale that is disturbing and sickening, yet the most thought provoking film Indian movie industry ever produced. The movie depicts a saga of damned, horror and trauma of woman’s violation. It highlights one of India’s major social problem that of female infanticide. Set in a remote village, due to rampant female infanticide, the women are almost extinct which results into extreme desperation and barbarianism amongst men who indulge into even abusing cows for sexual pleasure and bestiality.

The movie is very sensitive and director, Manish Jha has brilliantly awakened a thought in the people’s mind, A NATION WITHOUT WOMEN? Rethink!
