I am so sorry to write a review about this hotel. For me it was a bad experience. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. I Like nature, that is what I selected this hotel. This hotel is surrounded by full of trees and we can get fresh feeling in the garden.
But the rooms that they given was very pathetic. It was not cleaned one. In the restrooms the pipes are rusted and there was leakage in the pipes. The chairs that they given was very dirty. The curtains are faded and not washed.
I complained to the staffs about these, but from their side I didn’t get any responses. I thought next day they should change those nasty things. But they didn’t change it.
The garden was super, but we can see some wastes on the roads. They are not maintaining the surroundings. If they maintain the ambience, it would have been more nice.
They are providing food. It is tasty and we get the homely feeling. But the plates and glasses which they served was not hygiene.
Value of money is not worth. I could not sleep well in the room with mosquitoes. I wasted my money here.
Overall I am not satisfied and won’t recommend others to this hotel in pune.
