Money Makers!

Hi All, I am writing this to let u know the worst experience that I have had with MAX SUPER SPECIALTY(SO CALLED) HOSPITAL, PATPARGANJ. Due to which I lost the most important and loved person in my life. My Mumma! If you really care and want your family member to be with you, please don’t go to this hospital.

She was admitted in Max on 28th August 2016 at 4:46 am in the morning due to Brain Haemorrhage, I truly understand that Brain haemorrhage is a very critical situation. But at the same time I know few people personally who were the lucky ones & got good treatment were able to survive. From Day 1 till day 24 they told us that she is critical but they are trying. She got so many infections one by one which the docs didn’t tell us until and unless we arranged few high class contacts and got them involved to know the exact condition. The case went further to multiple organ failure, I used to follow up regularly for each and every small thing with them but never got any satisfactory response. If I asked why the BP is fluctuating they told they are not able to control, they did 2 surgeries to flush out the blood which was accumulated still they said her condition is same like Day 1.After few days they told us they need to start the dialysis as the kidneys are getting damaged; as we were not ready for this we asked for some time to think about it; they really manipulated me like I didn’t had any option left rather than giving my consent for Dialysis! after doing dialysis still we got the same response that my mom’s condition is same like Day 1. And then in 48 hours they wanted my another consent for one more dialysis. After second dialysis they stopped even asking for our consent 4 more dialysis were performed without any consent from my side and when I asked for the explanation they said it was required. I never got to meet with the Nephrologist!

I saw my mom’s eyes moving before all this. Her hands moving. Her facial expressions everything but after 6 dialysis there was nothing. What response I got from the doctor on duty when I asked why did u people performed Dialysis without my consent and when her body couldn’t afford this pain. the answer was SORRY! Can that sorry change anything?

I was ready to accept the fact that my mother won’t be normal again. she will be paralyzed for lifetime but they just made her a body through which they duped money as much as they could. The condition went so worse that I didn’t had any choice but to accept that nothing can be done. After all efforts that everyone in our family did we got nothing. Someone lost their Sister, their daughter, their bhabhi, their friend! And I lost My World. My Happiness. My mom!
