The staff is very bad. I would never recommend anyone to visit max.This situation is happened to one of my friend’s aunt .
She went in to ER with a simple gastric distress and they gave her an injection in her hip. Now after few days its hurting her like hell and then the ointment they prescribed for it later has actually aggravated the problem. With relief of one simple thing they have given her a weeks worth of pain and problem.
Pathetic service from the front office staff - poor and stupid people hired.They do not have any information and keep on transferring call to others departments.Very slow, non cooperative, insensitive. I have been to other Max hospitals in Delhi & Gurgaon. This one is worst so far.
