Have applied for online term plan. They conducted my medicals & all any additional requirements were completely. But after that they continuously delayed my proposals for no reason. I have requested them to process my application but official of max life are least bothered and very legthargic and have very careless approach.
I have sent email to maxlife for withdrawl of my application and also I call the online helpline call center everyday and everytime they promise me that back end team will call me or reply me over email. But till date I haven’t received any response from them. They have autodebit from mycredit card without inform me.
Don’t get cheated, this company is fraud. They told other benefits about plan but we get nothing as per they told.Your nominee have to be helpless in case of any mishappening occurs.
So please be away from this company because they are showing to us fake dreams which cant fulfill ever.
