I want to raise complaint against MAX LIFE INSURANCE. Max Life Insurance is having a direct sales agency called ’IC DIRECT SALES AGENCY’ located at new Delhi.
I got a call from the same agency and they offered me MAX Life Insurance Gain Plan with health insurance for my entire family. But after paying sum of Rs 40000 for policy and waiting for last 2 weeks there is still no response.
Even they don’t attend my call and have added my number to auto reject. They have provided fraud information.

Request you to raise a complaint against IC DIRECT SALES AGENCY as well as against MAX LIFE INSURANCE. Please help me out to take my money back with interest and take proper action against the above company.
If no response I shall go ahead and file a legal case against the same.
