Max Life Insurance Company is well established in life Insurance industry among all competitors.
I am employee in it from September 3, 2019. I am responsible to recruite agent advisors as my designation is Associate Agency Development Manager. I am also responsible to develope and retention of my team.
As I am going yo complete my one year successfully in Max life Insurance Company Ltd, I would like to write about the company.
My Journey was started with MOS ( Management Orientation School) training, Host was Mr. Krunal Rao and he has given commando training. After it my real job was started in Himatnagar Office where I started to report Mr. Koresh Asari ( Sr. Associate Partner - Sales Incharge) . He is like true Guru. Also got support from him, Office head Mr. Manoj Modi, pan India number one trainer Mr. Yogesh Banker, my colleagues and operation department to complete my first Target called My -5 in just M2 month and I received hansome incentive. After it my real journey of recruitment and development was started. In this new year I feel proud to hold number one possion in AIM ( agency Insurance Manager) business and I received several gifts too.
In Max life, training is Overwhelming, which I never had at any other workplace, the support system is also great.
I would like to write more and more but today I stop my pen here and update the review frequently.
