I was manipulated by axis bank to buy two policies for a lac each premium as a pre condition of offering me a safe deposit locker. First they said it was an investment, later the bank discussed among their other staff and said that due to age I can only opt for a pension policy- the premium amounts being proportional to the size of the locker they will give. As we had already opened an account in the bank and everything was set, we agreed.
