I had taken a policy Rs.50000/- Annual (Premium Renewal Quarterly). I renewed first year and could not pay next year, after few months, I got a call, re-initiate the policy, they sent someone to collect cheque of Rs.50000/- from my house.
Amount debited from My Account after 1.5 Month they refunded my amount without any intimation, I tried reaching the concerned person, but I didn’t get any satisfactory answer.
Very surprised to get such type of poor service. Not responding with actual answer.
