Maxlife Insurance is good in collecting Premiums,
I have not requested for ECS, However While filling other form they collected sign from me and enabled ECS, Later I struggled to get the ECS disabled.
Last year, I paid premium thru CREDIT CARD and made sure no auto pay enable, However they captured my credit card details from web while making payment and enable auto pay. triggered ECS on 24th Mar 2020.
Again they triggered one ECS on 2nd APR 2020 as they steal my credit card details.
It’s more than 1 week, I wrote many emails and spoke to customer care, Absolutely no response.
It is one of the worst insurance company in India. my personal suggestion is don’t ever buy insurance from Max life insurance.
I am planning to surrender the policy soon.
Maxlife insurance is good in stealing your bank details, credit card details, not meeting customer exception OR Pain.
Pls don’t buy. worst Insurance company.
