I have apply for term plan. And for that I have paid premium of Rs. 13742/- in advance as per company policy.
Because of some issue company rejected my term plan and today after 20 days of cancellation of policy they are not give my refund back to me.
I have talked with customer care but they are saying that my premium into my debit card I have also my bank statement to max life and still they are not giving my refund back and it’s fraud.
Please don’t buy any policy or insurance from max life because they will not give you money back.
