This Insurance company is a BIG no no. They turned my life insurance policy into 2 policies without my permission by forging my signature! I began getting calls from them asking about the number of policies I had. I kept telling them that I had only one. The employee who had forged my signature was called Mayur. I don’t know his last name. I still have the document with the fake signature. A little different from mine, which alerted them.
Eventually, they did away with the second policy and being a small amount, I lost a small amount of money on that, but it will affect my future bonuses from the insurance. I hope they’ve fired the employee. I was told they have, but I’m not sure.
