I was diagnosed with broad based disk protrusion. nothing that serious ON PAPER. But the dr. said(verbally) that I had a disk tear and suggested an operation(baniae ki dukan. zarorat ek kilo dal ki hai, bech dia das), which has more serious consequences than when the condition left alone.
Then he said the condition will never heal itself, when there are 100s of search papers on the Internet(for e.g. ncbi) proving spontaneous healing of disks.
Then they lied to me about the injury being fresh(again verbally), when there’s no technology where you can determine the age of the injury.
