I had to take my mother to this hospital for surgery. But during 14 days of my stay here I came to know this is not only most expensive hospital but worst managed hospital as well.
Nursing staff has no communication with doctors.
Doctors has very little connect with patient.
Management busy keeping hotel(yes it’s more like hotel than hospital) clean and manage lower staff/nursing staff. Practically no control over senior doctors.
Very soon you start feeling no one care for you. If you have information about your medical problem you could save yourselves.
Professionally senior doctors may be good but main problem is who would control them? No one to control regulate them. Yes it’s difficult to control senior doctors but no organisation could operate without checks n controls.
Greavance addresal system doesn’t exist at all.
