I bought a touch screen digitizer for iPad 5, it was working for 3 days and then problem start to appear, with the touch screen has become irresponsible. The company had provided me 1 month warranty and they asked me to return the product for replacement. Now when I send back to them they told that the seal is broken so we cannot replace. I have no idea on what type of seal is there? If it some type of sticker how can we keep once it is installed.

We provide you 1 month test warranty of that product. Further we had seal removed product. So we will not able to replace the product, and we will send the same product to you as we received. To check, please find the link of product image.
We would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as we send it to you. As clearly mentioned in our warranty terms and conditions, in case of any in validation of warranty we will not be able to process the replacement or repairs.
