It has been a privilege to take the service of Maxwell Movers and Packers for our move from Bangalore to Dubai. The team has been such a great help in such a big move in our life. Special mention to Mahesh and team from the Bangalore branch - Mahesh helped us immensely, first in understanding what things to pack, what would go through customs, what could be a problem, everything well in advance. For a first time move outside the country, Mahesh really helped us understand every minor details.
During the day of the packing, the team arrived well in advance, and the packing was so perfect and meticulously carried out, they did not leave any scope for complain. It has never happened before with us. The loading was done properly....and we were kept informed at each stage of the move. Once we reached Dubai, we could not confirm the house address in time due to ramadan here, but Venugopal Kannan from the Mumbai branch really supported us here and understood our problem. He allowed for extra storage time at no cost to us.
That’s incredible!!! This helped us not worry about our shippment at all, it was in safe hands and focus on getting the house in place and get set in the new place. Thanks Venu. Once the shippment arrived in dubai finally, the GAC partners for Maxwell also provided the same kind of service and provided us regular updates on the shippment, customs, documents needed ...everything. Finally when we opened our boxes, no surprises there..........everything was as packed 2 months ago....no dents...no broken crockery........no dampness.....nothing...everything was perfect.
